Share documents with opening acknowledgement

The METAPOSTA PRO Safabox means you can share documents with others with an opening acknowledgement: you will get a notification mail when one of the parties  who you have shared a document with accesses this.

What's more, the METAPOSTA PRO Safebox means that the company can electronically sign these documents and messages, so any transactions are legally valid.

Technical characteristics of the PRO Safebox

  • Capacity of the safebox 5GB (*)
    (*) This can be extended. See conditions.
  • Capacity for uploading documents: up to 30Mb.
  • Possibility of applying legal custody to uploaded documents.
  • Opening acknowledgement.
  • Possibility of signing documents already in your mailbox with legal custody.
    (requires use of Idazki Desktop application)
